Nourishing Food For Thought is Looking For New Adult Interns!

2025 Nourishing Food for Thought Internship Program

Welcome to Jupiter Creamery – A Regenerative Farm in the Heart of Jupiter, FL

Nestled in the tropical landscape of Jupiter, FL, Jupiter Creamery is a thriving farm focused on regenerative farming practices, sustainable living, and community engagement. At the heart of our farm is a modern farmhouse, surrounded by lush pastures and gardens, where we focus on regenerative farming practices, nutritional culinary education, and outdoor community activities.

As part of our educational arm, Nourishing Food for Thought serves as the teaching and outreach platform of Jupiter Creamery. We offer a variety of programs designed to teach the art of homesteading, the importance of nutrient-dense food, and the joys of farming. Through our FIELD & SEED and volunteer programs, we engage with children, guiding them to learn about food, farming, permaculture, and the joyful significance of homesteading.

Our Regenerative Farming Practices

At Jupiter Creamery, we believe in producing nutrient-dense, wholesome food using holistic farming methods. Our raw cow micro-dairy provides fresh, raw milk in glass bottles, sourced from our pastured Jersey cows, who are fed NO grain. These cows are rotationally grazed across our lush pastures, ensuring a healthy, vibrant landscape that regenerates with each passing season.

In addition to our cows, we raise pork, poultry, and sheep. Our sheep are a hair breed, known for their meat characteristics, while our poultry flock consists of around 30 chickens of various breeds, along with occasional turkeys, ducks, and guineas who help watch over the farm. We also practice food preservation through fermentation, canning, dehydrating, and freezing to ensure a wholesome harvest year-round.

Our apiary provides a safe haven for our pollinators, who are crucial for our gardens and local ecosystem. Speaking of gardens, we have multiple growing areas featuring edible annuals and perennials, as well as Florida native plants. We’re in the process of re-starting our seed-starting and growing tunnel, which will help us expand our food production and sustain the farm throughout the year. We also grow tropical fruits, including bananas, and medicinal herbs for salves.
